Our flat in Pejo Fonti is the ideal base for lovers of active holidays in the Dolomites. This charming village is located at an altitude of 1,397 m. It is home to a modern ski resort, offering numerous slopes of varying difficulty. Thanks to the ‘Pejo 3000’ cable car, you can ascend to an altitude of 3,000 metres above sea level and enjoy spectacular views of the Alps. You can easily reach other popular ski resorts such as Madonna di Campiglio, Marilleva/Folgarida, Passo Tonale or Ponte di Legno from here, either by ski bus or by car.
Picturesque trekking trails that delight in every season, rock climbing routes and numerous cycle routes await you in the area. For thrill-seekers, we recommend rafting on the River Noce, considered one of the best places to practice this sport in Europe, and the exciting via ferrata in the Gruppo di Brenta area.

Our apartment
Bellavista apartment is available all year round, both in and out of season, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the Dolomites at any time of the year. The summer season lasts from mid-June to mid-September, and the winter season from December to the end of March – the area then turns into a true paradise for skiers and winter sports enthusiasts. The autumn months are ideal for hikers and photographers, as a true spectacle of colors is created here. The small number of tourists allows you to fully enjoy the tranquility and proximity to nature.
Rentals are made in weekly blocks from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is designed for max. 6 guests
Price list
Prices are for a one-week stay.

Included in the price:
– Use of fully furnished flat (including duvets and pillows) and equipped kitchen,
– Access to parking in front of the building,
Not included in the price:
– Utilities (electricity, heating, water – payable additionally according to consumption),
– Final cleaning on the part of the guest, on special request of the guest final cleaning on the part of the agency, for an additional charge,
– Tourist tax (2 euro/day up to 10 nights, only for persons over 14 years of age),
– Bed linen and towels on guest’s request – extra charge 15 euro per person per week.
Additional information:
– Stay from 16:00 on Saturday until 10:00 on the following Saturday,
– Deposit of 200 Euros payable on arrival. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after deduction of utility consumption and after inspection of the flat (in case of departure outside the agency’s opening hours, the deposit will be sent by bank transfer),
– 40% deposit upon booking.

Bellavista is a great base for your vacation. Our apartment combines convenience with excellent attractions in the area. After an active day on the slopes, which are just 15 meters from the apartment, you can enjoy local restaurants and bars. Relaxation lovers will enjoy the Pejo Fonti Thermal Baths, offering a swimming pool and spa, while fun and music fans will enjoy the Bocher Apres Ski with a disco in season. Families with children will appreciate the Il Cantuccio restaurant with excellent pizza and regional dishes. Enthusiasts will revel in Pasticceria della Nonna, which offers local baked goods and pastries prepared according to traditional recipes. If you can’t get enough of outdoor activities, visit the ice rink, which is open until late in the evening and turns into a tennis court in the summer. Pejo Fonti is the perfect combination of mountain adventures and a unique alpine atmosphere!

Our Bellavista apartment in Pejo Fonti is the ideal place for a comfortable holiday in the heart of the Dolomites, available at attractive prices all year round. We offer exceptional amenities that will meet the needs of both winter sports enthusiasts and summer activities. There is a room where you can safely store your skis, ski boots, helmets, as well as bicycles. This way you don’t have to worry about sports equipment – everything will be ready for another day full of excitement.
The apartment itself includes a washing machine, oven, coffee maker, fireplace, full-size dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

A dream holiday destination
Pejo Fonti is a small village located in the Trentino-Alto Adige region in the heart of the Stelvio National Park, and is one of the oldest tourist resorts in the Val di Sole.
The location offers numerous hiking trails suited to different levels of experience, from easy walks to challenging treks. Near the apartment, where you can go for a walk, are Lago di Pian Palù and Lago Covel – lakes surrounded by forests, mountains and vast meadows, ideal for hikes and picnics. For a more challenging excursion, for example, you can trek to the Rifugio Vioz Mantova (3535 above sea level)-the highest mountain hut in the Eastern Alps, along the way you’ll be amazed by the magnificent views of the Cevedale massif and the glaciers of the Stelvio Park.
The convenient location of the apartment allows day trips to the most beautiful alpine lakes in Italy located among the mountains and forests ( Lago dei Caprioli – 25 km, Lago di Tovel – 56 km, Lago di Molveno – 80 km). Just 120 km away is Lago di Garda – the largest lake in Italy, with blue water and Mediterranean climate, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and historic towns.
The nearest regional airport is Bolzano Airport at 90 km or Milan-Bergamo at 152 km.

Our stay at Bellavista was very successful! The apartment has a super location – just a few steps from the slopes, which turned out to be very convenient for the whole family (us + two children 7 and 10 years old). It’s a small town, but the area offers a lot, there are attractions also for non-skiers, we used both Terme di Pejo and the newly opened ice rink. I highly recommend, next year we will definitely return! 😊
We were in the apartment in the summer and were surprised by the number of attractions that this region of Italy offers then. Mountains, lakes, forests and beautiful Italian towns with an alpine feel. The apartment itself is very comfortable for up to 6 people, cozy, nicely decorated and very well equipped, has a beautiful view of the mountains, we were pleasantly surprised by the sound of a mountain stream that flows not far from the apartment.
I highly recommend this apartment, very affordable even in the high season, we were both in the winter to ski with the children, and then in the fall to ride bikes. A quiet area with a familiar alpine atmosphere and at the same time a good base for the larger ski resorts, where the accommodation is definitely more expensive. We will be back 😊
